VaJaHa Foundation dealing with the issues of rights of people and forest both. At present we are working in rural areas of Nagpur District and dealing with FRA awareness.
Pursuant to sub-section(2) of section 7 and sub-section(1) of section 8 of the Companies Act,2013(18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.

We at VaJaHa Foundation works with a vision and mission to bring Social Welfare. Striving to provide Education & Training for deserving and under previleged. To promote the campaign-“Don’t Waste Food” in society to bring awareness regarding food wastage. To provide medical aid whereever needed. To conduct campaigns to conserve natural resources to Protect Environment.

What we Do
Our primary causes
To carry out all types of development programs and undertake all types of initiatives and interventions in the areas of hunger and food security, gender equality, education, agriculture and natural resources, poverty alleviation, health and nutrition, slum development, environment, renewable energy, water resources, income and livelihood creation and support,and any area in which development activity and intervention is required.
To bring awareness in society
To collect, gather and distribute statistical and technical information relating to the issues highlighted in main objects of company and for that purpose to print, publish, issue and circulate papers, periodicals, books, circulars and other literature, and hold seminars, meetings, conferences, discussions and produce and distribute films, casettes.
To bring development in society
To provide, endow, furnish and/or fit out any of its property with all necessary furniture, instruments and other equipment and maintain and manage offices, premises center, institutions and other establishments or institutions for the furtherance and advancement of any one or more of the objects of the organisation.
Medical Aid
VaJaHa (Vana Jana Hakka) Foundation, Nagpur is supporting PREM Foundation Gadchiroli in providing mobile health care services in remote villages of Gadchiroli District. Service started on experimental basis from Chandala-Gadchiroli-Pipartola route on 11.06.2021 and from 18.06.2021
We at VaJaHa Foundation would continue this service by rendering our services in 33 villages in more than 4 months. VaJaHa Foundation could help more than 250 patients mainly Kids and Pregnant Women. During this period of service nearly 50 volunteers gave their selfless services in the project. These volunteers were Engineers, Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Professors, Foresters and students.
Hunger Aid
To promote “Don’t Waste Food Campaign” in India. Grocery Distribution at Fulzari- Tribal Village Under-displacement: Help to the 23 wildlife project affected families from Tribal Village Fulzari in Nagpur District which is under the process of Displacement due to Pench Tiger Reserve. With the help of Ex- Volunteer and Others mobilized Rs.50000 and made 23 food grain kits for families in crises. They were deprived from receiving ration from the Government departments. Each kit consisting of around Rs 2500 with 15kg Rice, 10 kg Atta, 3 kg veg Oil, Tea, 1 kg Sugar, 1 kg mung dal, 1 kg tuwar dal, 3 kg Onion, 2 kg Potato, Soyabean Balls, Haldi, Chilly, Coriander Powder, Masala, 12 Bath Soap, 12 Detergent Soap, 12 biscuit packs, masks etc. (Nearly 50 kg weight per kit)
Women Health Aid
Generic Medicine shop owned by Mr Ashish Sharma where Generic medicine which are cheaper than other general medicines are available. Mr Ashish is involved in various philanthropic activities in which VaJaHa foundation collaborated in conducting some activities like, Grocery distribution, Sanitary Napkin Distribution and General Health Check up camps.
Other Aid
A dedicated team of trained Social Workers and Practitioners. Open platform for working in the field of Child, Youth and Women Development. VaJaHa (Vana Jana Hakka) Foundation collaborated with White Wings Multipurpose Society in conducting various activities like, Grocery Distribution during Corona, Blanket Distribution in Winter and Sweet distribution during Diwali
